CSUF Rugby Updates...
The boys played two games this past saturday. The A squad took on Azusa Pacific University. The game was a blowout resulting with a final score of Titans - 52 and APU - 0. Four of the boys scored their first tries of the season: Freshmen Jeff, Big Poppa, Dillon and Pete Petty. Player of the game was David "Sunshine" Rock.
The second game was against Whittier College. Coach brought on most of the rookies for this game. Whitter ended up winning, but the boys are learning and put up a good fight. Player of the game was Shade Hartline.
This Friday, November 20th, CSUF will be playing against their rivals UCI for the Higgins Cup. The game is at UCI, Kick off is at 6:30 PM. Come out and support CSUF Rugby!
